Intensity dominates today's morning session
The format for training sessions has been modified this week, as the workouts become shorter but more intense. The derby on Friday night (Mestalla, 10pm CEST) has the players raring to go, and with just over 48 hours left before kickoff, the preparations continue.
Every exercise sees the players pushing hard and trying to get the most out of themselves, to be ready if included in the action when LaLiga returns. The progressive increase in the workload has been adapted to, and all that remains is to get out onto the pitch again and begin a gruelling final run-in for the 2019/20 season.
